1 - Using established guidelines, and analysis and assessment of revenue or expenses to determine the maximum allowable reimbursement or claims, and reports and information to the competent authorities .
2 - Analyzes and evaluates financial items / statistical data and provide recommendations of the report on the department, division, or expenditure and income in order to help in the preparation of financial budget or statement, and ensure compliance with government regulations reports, or to make decisions on the management of the budget or financial issues.
3 - Participates in the development, modification and implementation of and follow the procedures of financial and bookkeeping system to improve efficiency and maintain the integrity of the information .
4 - Assists in researching and compiling the information necessary to determine price; solve complex distribution cost, divides the indirect costs, and sets rates of public expenditure in accordance with the established guidelines .
5 - Assists in the preparation of complex documents such as financial statements and / or annual budget of the departments by compiling and summarizing financial or statistical data for the use of each department separately; as required.
6 - corrects accounting errors or complex variations to ensure the accurate accounting .
7 - puts the accounting books, including sub-records in the framework of the accounting system in place .
8 - read, interpret, and explain the rules and regulations, and policies related to financial programs for employees to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract for the employee and accounting procedures .
9 - planning and organizing, and assesses the work of staff; modify or establish procedures work, and documents them .
