Working as Project coordinator for several STC projects (IPMPLS, NCDI, Telco cloud).
managing and communication between customer and STC managment.
Ensure that the IT projects are delivered in accordance with the STC guide lines and standards.
Activities usually include:

• Manage outsource company for the field work (survey & installation and troubleshooting)
follow up with the network and maintenance of the shops and office network.
troubleshot and remote access any computer on the network to solve the problem.
keep the internet connection live between the PCs and company server.
make installation for new mobile towers and connect them with the network.
make new fiber connection and chick the connectivity for the fiber and making new ring on network.
make PAT for new system and huawei equipment.
configure and install huawei network core switches.
follow up with the technician in field and make progress report to management.
buy the required item for the project with the best price.
follow up with the customer requirement.
installation of new rack and servers and connect the network cables with the switch and test the server work after installing the windows server 2003
information technology studies and programming language : 1- java 2- javaScript 3- SQL 4- PHP computer network and network security and hacking ethical. network management. basic Linux OS . software engineering. communication and information technologies. Computer Architecture , Logic and Information Processing.
i graduate at the top of my class. all the basic knowledge of networking and computer network wired and wireless.
