Work Description:
1. ERP system (oracle).
2. Daily entries (deposits and office expenses ……etc).
3. Daily audit for cash and chq. Flow by auditing daily delivery order collection and match it with the daily deposits.
4. Salaries and wages.
5. Income tax and social security.
6. Banks reconciliations.
7. Weekly audit on the cash in hand at head office and Aqaba branch and supply the cash once needed.
8. Account receivable / AR (issue invoices, debit notes and credit notes) and age analyses for clients to make sure that our invoice has been collected also report any unpaid invoices to the collection department.
9. Calculate Demurrage/Detention of containers and issue invoices.
10. Account payable AP (audit all invoices we received from other companies to make sure its correct then issue chq. with time agreement.)
11. Bank guarantees.
12. Vessels accounts - Disbursement A/C (record all expenses related to the vessel for each voyage) and record all closing entries by monthly basis.
13. Record all invoices related to containers expenses.
14. Audit Ocean freight collection for every vessel per voyage and enter the closing entries by monthly bases.
15. Any Financial reports for the management.
16. Closing entries process at the end of the year deprecation, prepaid accounts ( rents, insurance ...etc. ).
I passed the ETS test and i ranked 241th in the nation out of 1350 students.
