Establishing Quality Management System for MGM Factory to be certified versus ISO 9001:2008.
Establishing Environmental Management System for MGM Factory to be certified versus ISO 14001:2004.
Establishing Occupational Health and Safety Management System for MGM Factory to be certified versus OHSAH 18001:2007.
Establishing Quality food and safety management System for MGM Factory to be certified versus ISO 22000:2005.
Internal Audit.
Customer complains.
Supplier Audit.
Utilities procedure preparation.
Work closely with the management team to ensure effective team working, staff relations and Quality development activity across the organization.
• Establishing Nat Pack Co. to be certified versus ISO 9001:2008 Standard in march 2006
• Assist in establishing laboratory to be accredited versus ISO / IEC 17025:2005 Standard.
• Verifying the effectiveness of QMS through System / Process internal Quality Audit.
• Responsible of all facets of the quality program including corrective and preventive actions, control of non-conformance materials and production, document control, Complaints and control of quality records.
• In process and finished product inspection.
• Responsible For:
• Correction & Prevention Action.
• Customer complaints Analysis.
• Complete forms and file as required by special inspection instructions and/or Systems control manual.
• Raw material, Packaging and Receiving inspection.
• Informing production Engineer of quality problems.
• Conduct any tests or checks with or without SPC charting and document as required.

promote the products of milupa with the pediatric doctors and pharmacies
