1. Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of
mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
2. Utilize teamwork to develop departmental synergy.
3. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries,
documents, and reports.
4. Reviews accounts payables and weekly check runs.
5. Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions
within designated limits.
6. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger
accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
7. Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
8. Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.

Prepare the following lists: balance sheet, trial balance, income statement, and other financial statement and analytical in end month or year.
Banking: all bank transactions Guarantees, Latter of Credits, Bank reconciliation, Transfers-Overdraft
Human resources (HR): interest in the affairs of employee by social security and health insurance, pay increments, bonus, promotion/demotion and joiners/leavers.
Tax statement: income tax on the company, income tax on the employee, sales and purchases tax and special tax on rentals and consulting and law firm
Follow up of financial matters and to issue bills and bonds, and directing the opening of accounts and returns to the cite and the companies that we deal with
Financial analysis: Sales _Purchases_ Expenses_ Revenue_ Checks collections draw_ Checks futures _ Inventory _
