 Analyzing the sales network through making recommendations on the opening/closing of branches.
 Proposing feasibility studies to CEO and CCO for approving new locations for PO Boxes & Postal Offices.
 Offering available spaces at postal offices - in northern emirates for rent as an effective way to maximize revenues.

 Connecting Employers with Candidates and finding out best opportunities for UAE Nationals in Public and Private Sectors.
 Conducting training courses for new graduates to instructor them on how to apply for jobs, prepare CVs, and act in interviews.
 Assisting private sectors and banks to attain their employment percentage.
 Supporting fresh graduates and monitoring their performance at their workplace and instruct them to start up their career path.
 Conducting Meetings with Employers and being part of career exhibitions to look for new job opportunities or career development to achieve Emiratization Goals.
 Conducting Surveys with cooperation of universities, colleges and other educational institutes in order to find out the required majors or specializations in UAE Market.
