1. Collection over dues from Loan members who failed to meet due dates to minimize delinquency & cash flow rates into higher buckets.
2. Follow up with the Customers to ensure making their payment on time.
3. Contributing in decreasing the flow rate & achieve the unit targets.
4. Identify high risk & skip accounts to be referred to Supervisor.
5. Increase public awareness and educating customers on timely payments.
6. Identify risks at an early stage to minimize fraud and default probabilities.
7. Team leader for agencies coordinator.
8. Follow with all agencies coordinator their work & make sure from that their entire problems are solved.
9. Follow Payments sheets that were sent by agencies to our bank by mail & make sure from that all # of ALS is correct & amount also.
