I am playing a key part as a team member who is handling litigation cases in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and other jurisdictions, plus protecting and solving any legal and business issues.
I am liaising with external lawyers and attend expert meetings domestically and internationally.
I am also providing legal research in regulations related to group business, helping preparing legal documents, conducting meetings with stakeholders, providing the substantive input and drafting the preliminary opinions.
I am also drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements; and providing litigation support.
Assist in the analysis of the outcome of the cases investigations and interpret. Liaise with appropriate staff in respect of all aspects of litigation cases.
In addition to the previous tasks I am also involved in corporate work in some jurisdictions.
Playing a key part as a team leader who helps clients carrying out projects, protecting and solving any legal and business issues.
Providing the legal research in regulations related to client’s business, helping preparing legal documents, conducting meetings with clients, providing the substantive input and drafting the preliminary opinions.
Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements; and providing litigation support, registering trademarks, patent & IP and business set up.
Assist in the analysis of the outcome of the cases investigations and interpret. Liaise with appropriate staff in respect of all aspects of litigation cases.
Attend expert meetings and provide information, advice, guidance and support at an appropriate level to litigation staff.
In addition to the previous tasks I coordinate with the debt management team, providing legal support and follow up cases.
Also as a team leader for the legal team I am responsible for conducting weekly and monthly meetings, discussing work plan, allocating tasks, and follow up with top accounts and reporting directly to the group legal head.
Performing any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by the management.
Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies, drafting and editing complex commercial agreements; ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and helping prepare briefs, complaints, and other court documents; drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements; and providing litigation support; dealing with Real Estate Regulatory and other relevant departments; serving legal notices and performing procedures of contracts cancellation according to the applicable laws & regulations.

As a trainee and representative of a law firm from 1-10-1999 to 5-1-2005 and I was doing all the judicial and administrative proceedings and registering contracts with competent authorities.
From 5-1-2005 after I got the licentiate of law from Alexandria University, in addition to my previous tasks I started attending court hearings and pleading before the courts.
