Led the team in complete process creation starting from Data Ingestion/Profiling to Model training for Prediction and Deployment for a Health Care Premium Prediction as AI & ML Project. Phase 1: Data Ingestion by reading the data from a file into MongoDB. Data profiling by/ splitting the data in Features and Target variables. Using EDA, Data Modeling & Visualization and Preprocessing to eliminate outliers. ML Model creation that gives prediction results with validation of Best Model selected on the basis of hyper parameter tuning against the 3 models on following algorithms (Linear Regression, Random Forest Regression (ensemble) and SVM Regression). Phase 2: Creation of UI (Web Application) as the front end interface with back end API generated in phase 1 and bind with backend (API created in Phase 1) to showcase the Health premium prediction and used Mongo DB for data storage. Deployment: Defined Continuous Deployment (CD) workflows to integrate and deploy code and ML models into production using below approach. Github for code repository and version control, Jenkins for scheduling a job to deploy build, publish the build in Docker Hub/Cloud.
