- Develop thorough understanding of customer’s network, information and security systems
- Design and architect a best fit PAM (Privileged Access Management), VM (Vulnerability Management) and Least Privileged solution to meet customer’s business goals
- Manage customer communication and expectations
- Provide all manners of post-sales support including installation, configuration and product training, both remote and onsite
- Provide troubleshooting and de-bugging during the engagement. Assist with post sales technical questions and concerns
- Deliver a formal hand off to Technical Support at close of engagement
- Escalate necessary bugs to Engineering and Product Management for resolution
- Assist the sales team with technical questions/issues

- Secure IT Infrastructure by designing layered security through defense-in-depth principle
- Protect network endpoint devices by installing and configuring centralized end-point security products
- Secure network resources and traffic by installing HIPS and NIPS
- Assess and discover weaknesses in network systems against potential threats by running vulnerability scanning tools
- Identify systems vulnerabilities, acquire, test, and install system patches through patch management system
- Protect data at rest and in transit by encryption
- Secure perimeter\LAN network by filtering inbound\outbound traffic using NGFW and UTM
- Boost security by implementing system hardening technics and following industry best practices

Provide technical and information security leadership for large accounts and enterprise level companies. Train different information security parties and technical personnel. Maintain and secure clients’ IT data and infrastructure by implementing a world-class on-premises and SaaS security systems for Web security, Email security, network security, endpoint security, DLP, IPS, IDS, log management and vulnerabilities assessment to stay protected against emerging security threats.
Publishing Security Updates newsletter for technical groups and draft enterprise security policies and guidelines for the deliverable with standard procedures in managing installed systems for different access level.
- Understand client requirements (based on RFPs / RFIs, face-to-face interaction with the client teams), design appropriate security solutions in-line with clients’ requirements
- Identify, investigate and analyze client’s policies, procedures and work practices
- Responsible for designing, installation, configuration, implementation and ongoing support of world-class enterprise security solutions and improve their functionalities
- Conduct technical meetings with clients and generate proposals and suggest best technologies and security solutions that would fulfill their needs
- Design, implement, deploy and troubleshoot a wide-range of premium security systems from globally recognized vendors such as Cisco, Websense, Kaspersky, Symantec, MacAfee, Netasq, Acronis and MS
- Perform periodic network assessments and vulnerability scanning

I worked on sustaining customers’ satisfaction through maintaining a good relationship between customers and orange company that provides mobile, fixed line and broadband internet services to individual and business subscribers.
I was also responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries, always making sure that their problems were resolved.
