• Monitor daily operations, providing regular updates and progress reports of all running activities on site to achieve target on specific time and budget limit.

• Oversee site progress and ensure timely reporting during the construction of the Laffan Precast
Factory and all associated facilities in 2018.
• Rehabilitation of Laffan Ready Mix weight bridge.
• Develop comprehensive construction plans and collaborate closely with relevant suppliers and
consultants to ensure timely completion of substation works related to our factories, meeting
Kahramaas deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Monitor the expansion plan for existing facilities (Laffan Precast Expansion Land in 2022 to
augment storage area).
• Executing scheduled maintenance for factory buildings post-operation to prevent
unnecessary costs.
• Managing the production process of precast items (pipes, manholes, culverts, etc.) of Doha
Precast Factory, Laffan Precast Factory, and Laffan Ready Mix Factory.
• Determine the expected cost of precast items based on the drawings submitted during the
pricing phase.
• Compute and submit the bill of materials for produced items.
• Generate and deliver monthly and annual reports to aid in executive decision-making.
• Create drawings of precast items tailored to customer needs and submit them accordingly.
• Coordinate the procurement and monitor the delivery of raw materials according to project
requirements.
• Introducing an effective shift system while also managing personnel to enhance production
efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and enhancing customers infrastructure at
current sites, detailing appropriate solutions according to each sites requirements, and
coordinating essential meetings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project deadlines are met and enhance performance by
comprehensively understanding each projects requirements and site capacity. This includes
assessing factors such as mobile crane capacity, daily progress of micro tunneling teams,
storage area availability, and analyzing project locations (residential or open areas) to optimize
the supply process for precast manholes and pipes.

• Maintained comprehensive records of daily events and activities in the site diary to evaluate processes and enhance productivity. This involved maximizing machinery utilization and minimizing surplus labor.
• Produced a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) schedule for construction materials derived from shop drawings, guaranteeing prompt delivery and sufficient quantities through effective communication with suppliers.
• Applied engineering principles to troubleshoot issues and implemented defined corrective measures to prevent recurrence effectively.
• Formulated a comprehensive safety awareness initiative comprising construction safety audits and regular safety meetings to foster a culture of safety on site.
