Presents and promotes the VISION INTERNATIONAL brand; creates new avenues for revenue growth using both direct and indirect channels.
• Stablishes and develops long-term and mutually beneficial strategic relationships with companies for creating strong partnerships.

•Coordinate and finalize all procedures needed till policy issued.
•Monitors sales figures of the company programs against Audit readings,
•Provides the statistical reports and recommendations to Management and assists with the development of strategic plans.
•Directs sales Team to evaluate customers’ reactions towards company programs
•Leads 12 sales Reps to identify client group, understand their needs, attitudes and translate into relevant programs.
•Coordinate and finalize all procedures needed till policy issued.
•Monitors sales figures of the company programs against Audit readings.
•Provides the statistical reports and recommendations to Management and assists with the development of strategic plans.
•Directs sales Team to evaluate customers’ satisfaction towards company programs.
•Responsible for selling family membership of ALEX COUNTRY CLUB.
•Managed a team force of 15-30 sales Rep (Full timer & Seasonal temps).
•Increased the sales by 30% year on year from 2007-2009.
•Shared in selling ALEX COUNTRY CLUB magazine Advs. three years on raw.
•Awarded as Best Manager of the year three years on raw.
•Promoted from Team Leader to Sales Supervisor after 18 months.
