My responsibilities are very wide as I'm working in an international Company which applying all the HR concepts in a professional way
• Recruitment in all its process
• Developing Employees skills and competencies by creating a training plan according to the results of their assessment which is being performed annually to identify the needed development areas.
• Developing some technicians to do more than one job by providing them with more skills (Multi Skilling) which enable them to perform different roles.
• Contributing effetely in build all the HR policies & procedures that that organize the work requirements.
• Contributing, monitoring and reviewing all job descriptions of all positions.
• Managing the performing the annual appraisal based on the annual objectives and KPI's.
• Managing the relationship with Union to keep it in a balanced way
• Developing the organization to meet the needs of work
• Developing a rewards & Recognition policy taking in consideration the priorities of the Company that should be linked with.
1- Helping the retirees who compensated and left the Company to create their own projects.
2- Developing their skills to meet their projects requirements.
This program created more than 750 job opportunities in different areas in Jordan and it was a HR activity as we developed all the people skills who were working in these projects to be able to deal with their new Business environment.
