Coordinated, imported and promoted food stuffs and consumer items from key sources around the world.
Launched “Entremont-Alliance “ processed cheese “Boy” brand in 1991 and within two years achieved 30% market share in Lebanon and the most famous processed cheese. The business development model was adopted by Entremont-Alliance for their direct roll outs in other countries in the region.
Maintained 50% market share of the Turkish confectionary sales, while optimizing distribution network through scheduled imports and relying on wholesaler warehousing to minimize working capital impact.
Launched “Florida Garden” as private brand for a range of canned prepared foods and edible oil : Created an innovative product design that allowed one customer to develop from an average to a major player in the industry .
Built “Jonson” premium Ceylon Tea Bags brand through below-the-line marketing and achieved market leadership for Ceylon tea in Lebanon within three years.
Carried a number of market surveys and proposed innovative products for market launches.
Built a customer base of two thousand outlet clients by developing a strong rapport with potential customers, finding their particular needs and matching them with specific products .
