• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
• Validate that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety.
• Accountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and engineering with complete and correct information.
• Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits.
• Timely and accurate reporting.
• Supporting the finance function in money collection.

* Handling service Sales and customer's Services.
* Develop strong relationship with clients.
* Review and document soon- to -be expired contracts for renewal process.
* Prepare quotations according to customer’s inquiry for maintenance, parts and repairs.
* Monitor financial status of customers.
* Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts.
* Follow up the technical problems of the customers, report these and looking for solutions.
* Propose tactics to generate and develop service sales.
* Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for services sales.
* Work with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillments.
* Prepare modernization quotations and estimate
* Manage assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed the target budget.
* Personally visit customers to evaluate performance of services team and performance of equipment.
* Coordinate with the finance department with respect to invoices requirements for maintenance contracts and other chargeable works.
