Paper and Board Planning Manager
• Owns supply plans to support supply network delivery of service, cost,
and cash results plans for Baby Care MEA supply chain
• Responsible for leading supply chain agility efforts (i.e. produce-todemand,
produce to order)
• Supported Category Supply Network • Design efforts
• Executed Demand Flow Verification process
• Created Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) in line with operating strategy,
identify gaps & propose action plan to cover the capacity gaps, following
the issue resolution work process. Perform Capacity level what if scenario
planning
• Collaborate closely with the Initiatives Team to integrate initiative plans in
the rough cut capacity plans
• Gives input to the Lead Team and Director of the category / business unit
regarding supply planning outlooks, issue resolution & Cash Flow across
the region (MEA).
• Lead and submit inventory glide path, track results and own gap analysis
• Owns Non Performing Inventory (NPI) elimination and monitoring in
closed collaboration with Business Planning Leader
• Manage production volumes & sourcing across the plants in the region to
determine; operation staffing, transportation costs & warehousing costs.
• Execute Health Check action plan for Category Supply Planning
• Responsible for people development & succession planning
