I have an extensive experience in the following
Drafting and reviewing a memorandums of the 1- execution 2- precautionary 3-Ishkal (objection to the execution) 4- appeal to execution 5- grievance to execution 6-travel ban.
Submitting requests such as investigating on the assets, seizing and attachment of the assets. In general all the requests related to the execution and summary proceedings cases.
Drafting an agreements such as installments and settlement agreements.
Prepare legal consultation on the execution filed.
According to the above mentioned experience I have been appointed as a manager of the execution section so I have been monitoring the execution cases in three brunches of prestige advocates firm( Dubai- Abu Dhabi- Sharjah)
Drafting memorandums in the following:
labor cases Commercial cases.
The real estate cases. Such as the case against the developer. Civil cases.
Estate cases such as estate disturbing, estate settlement case. Submitting requests in the estate cases.
Attending the expert hearing.
I have been attending the expert hearing, discussing the case subject with expert and providing the required memo and documents accordingly.
During this period of time, I have dealt with a diversified portfolio of clients including international law firms and that gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills.

Attending the disputes hearing.
I have been attending the disputes hearing in dispute center at Dubai Courts.
mostly with my supervisor but also independently as a trainee lawyer inside and outside the office.
Attending to the proceedings in the courts in the client issues;
Contact with the claimant to manage the suit, in order to send it to court;
Follow-up in every case with the client;
Controlling and validating legal contracts;
Legal consultation with the client;
Working as part of the legal team which in involved in acting and implementing the legal process as following:
Considering proposed business decisions;
Protecting the clients assets by preparing the needed insurances and warranties
Making recommendations to reduce or control risk, which may involve a legal strategy;
Presenting ideas via reports and presentations, outlining findings and making recommendations for improvements;
Forecasting and monitoring market trends related to the business and carrying out quantitative analysis;
Studying government legislation and developing contingency plans to deal with urgent cases in the company.
I gained experience due to the independency and responsibility I had in this company. Verbally contact with clients was a daily part of my job, where service and customer support was mainly prioritized.
