Job description: “Enterprise Solution Provisioning Senior Network Engineer”
- To provide & configure different solutions for enterprise customers (SHDSL):
o Internet connectivity using BGP or static routing
o MPLS virtual private network L3, including CE-PE routing protocol ( RIP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and Static )
o MPLS virtual private network L2
o Install and activate customer connections using Local Loops, fiber connection, 3G connections.
o Global data service Customers Configuration (Network and Customer side).
o Configuring CPEs “cisco routers, Juniper, Huawei and small-business CPEs”.
o Handle trouble tickets with different vendors concerning any problems in CPEs.
o Handling installation of Local Loops on DSLAMs “Alcatel and Huawei “.
- Handling complaints from customers.
- Handling communication between my team and other teams.
- Coordinating and delivering CISCO and network training for enterprise team “CCNP and CCIP” and “Basics of CCNA” for non-technical project management team.
