Review all MEP design, shop drawings, material submittals / samples.
Check for constructability, compliance with code and contract documents.
Monitor and control the RFI of all MEP equipment / systems’ drawings and
materials. Review As-built drawings and O & M manuals for all MEP
works. Coordinate MEP works with architectural, civil, structural and
specialist disciplines. Liaise with local authorities having jurisdiction over
the project. Liaise with the client's representatives. Manage and control the
technical office engineers for the following projects:-
The Two Holy Mosques Third Saudi Expansions (Makkah & Madinah-KSA) for
Prophet Mosque Expansion, (MEP technical Manager / SBG-ABCD).
First Ring Road, Bus Stations in Makkah (MEP Manager / SBG-ABCD).
Mataf Expansion in Makkah, (MEP Technical Manager / SBG-PBAD).

Review and approve all shop drawings, material submittals, samples and
compliance with contract documents of MVS, LVS, stand-by diesel
generators, HVAC's, H/C water equipment, pumps & controls, elevators,
escalators, BMS, kitchen and laundry equipment, fire protection systems,
smoke management system, fire alarm, ICT systems, lighting & power
networks, lightning & grounding protection, heliports, …etc.
Manage & control the project quality assurance plan. Monitor and control
the RFI of all systems. Review as-built drawings and O & M manual.
Coordinate MEP works with specialist disciplines. Review contractor’s
MEP change order proposals. Review contractors’ claims and change
orders. Liaise with local authorities having jurisdiction over the project.
Liaise with the client's representatives. Manage and control the site
engineers for the following projects:-
Move pick Hotel on lots 126, 129 & 130 in Medina central area,
KSA. of 152000m2, 23 floors, 1500 residential unit, including one royal
floor, three floors shopping center, Helipad at upper roof floor, four
subsurface floors for parking and electromechanical services.

Organize and implementation of Technical Electrical seminars to the
trained engineers on various electrical topics with the aid of various
publications software of ETAP, (Electrical Transient Analyzer Program)
developed by module to cover most of the electrical circuitry from power
generation to the consumers (for both Industrial and Domestic
