IT Technology Advisor and Presenter for Enterprise Virtual Data Centers, Windows Servers and Development based on vendors certifications and best practices (ITIL, Virtualization / VMware vSphere ESXi / Nutanix Private Cloud, Security+, Windows Server, Cloud Azure, Data Analytics Power BI, Tableau, Python, Visio, MS Project Management, MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint, CRM and SQL Database Systems).
Monitoring Ministry of Health centers’ IT networks for stable operations and proactively troubleshooting and solving customer issues (Solarwinds, Ivanti, Cisco, Huawei, HP and CCTV devices).
. Plan effective design, deploy, operate, optimize, install, configure, upgrade, administrate, secure Physical / Virtual HP Windows Servers, Office 365, virtualized environments, storage based on approved technical specifications analyzed design infrastructure requirements workload and sizing activities to provide optimal solutions compliant with enterprise standards and best practices for core business services.
. Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary for Tender / RFQ / RFI / RFP, Proposals preparation, training and Quote review.
. Coordinate with systems partners and vendors to finalize designs and escalate applicable issues, track resolution, and implement corrective or preventive actions.
. Work with the customers, engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements and help clients to solve problems achieving the product value usage.
. Managing customers using CRM, discover, understand, document, communicate for real outcomes that matter to each customer.
. Work cross-functionally as a customer advocate to provide insights and contribute to value creation (e.g., Support, Professional Services, Product Development, Marketing, etc.)
. Works directly with project team to collect project related data analyzing, visualizing data using MS Excel, SQL Databases and internet websites helping the management in taking strategic decisions for achieving the business goals.
