I did many things since i started this job,
1. I helped in identifying plant species to be studied for their medicinal effect.
2. I did many plant identification surveys such as native terrestrial orchids, forrage plants, plants of ornamental potential and all native trees
3. I am an author in two published books, Plants and people, and Trees of Lebanon.
4. Developed plant propagation protocols for more than 25 native trees and plants.
5. Developed best native trees nursery management practices
6. Developed best native tree planting practices
7. Invented new seed planting technique (rode for digging named after my name "Khallouda")
8. Developed new planting box by using available material (Sandouk Ibsar)
9. Wrote and helped in writing many proposals in different fields, Reforestation, Community involvement,
10. Did several training workshops fro farmers and practitioners in reforestation and sustainable agriculture
11. Did research in Essential oil extraction and aromatic plant propagation.

I Started this company with a partner in addition to my job at AUB.
My wife and I own 40% of the shares of the company
I is a leading nursery and one of the biggest in the country.
Together with 8 other nurseries we developed Cooperative of Native trees producers in Lebanon.

Responsible for contacting farmers and traders and solve their technical problems and sell them the products of the company
