In my last five years, I have worked as a technical support engineer. My responsibility is to manage the hardware and software components of an organization .My work begins with identifying the business needs and providing relevant technical support and technical solutions, responsible for installing the hardware and software devices, setting up the network, troubleshooting the errors, upgrading the systems, and ensuring its smooth functioning and running probably. Day to day, I have got strong analytical and error detection skills makes me able to evaluate a given problem and implement suitable solutions.
