Responsible for providing assistance to the organization's computer users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
-Part of 7 member’s team that assists and support over 1000 users.
- On average answering 40 IT calls a day.
- Disrupting and assigning tickets for the whole IT Departments.
- Log all requests in HP Service Manager.
- updating and editing hardware changing through HP Asset Manager.
- Troubleshooting and technical supporting for correspondence programs.
Providing technical support over the phone to all IT users.
- Handling incoming incidents via the phone / E-mail promptly and effectively.
- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues over the phone.
- Escalating calls and issues where necessary to senior managers & team leaders.
- Supporting over 120 users and on average answering 10 IT calls a day.
- Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environment.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements and resolving the problems.
