1. Define and establish detail project execution phases, sequencing of activities.
2. Coordinate with planning and procurement to schedule materials delivery on time.
3. Ensuring that all activities are running in accordance to latest approved drawings / documents only. Also, ensure no work is commenced before obtaining all required clearances / releases and approvals.
4. Supervision, coordination and allocation of responsibilities to my site personal.
5. Coordination of daily site activities with Engineer, subcontractors and site team.
6. Briefing and reporting to the Project Management regularly: progress, problems, solutions, changes. Advising prior commencement and upon completion of any activity or remedial works.
7. Control of Construction materials, plants, equipments & tools.
8. Supervision of site preparation during mobilization in line with mobilization programme. Supervision of site surveying and setting-out of gridlines & levels.
9. Maintain site dairy and recording daily site circumstances that have effect on the site.
10. Follow and implement the company Health and Safety Policies and Strategies.
11. Organizing and ensuring that all personnel under my authority understand and comply with the company Quality System and Project Quality Plan. Verifying that subcontractors have adequate training and experience to perform their scope of works. Follow-up with Project Quality Engineers to verify that all required inspections / tests are carried out and no part of the work is not covered by approval from Engineer.
12. Follow-up on Site Instructions received from Engineer and take necessary actions to close the same in a timely manner.
13. Review drawings and specifications timely raising queries for any ambiguous technical issues.
14. Study and follow Method Statements for all activities.
15. Contributing & Coordinating: Testing, Commissioning, Snagging and Final Handover Procedures.
16. Having excellent knowledge of Sub Structure Works (Piles, Retaining Walls, Raft Foundation, Water Proofing and Guniting of Shoring).
17. Having excellent knowledge of Waffle Slab System.
18. Having excellent knowledge Post Tension Slab System / installation and operation of jumping form work system and all kinds of Scaffolding Systems (Doka, SGB).
