• Analyze existing production machinery and new machinery on the market. Evaluate and recommend utilization of new machinery to effect methods improvements and cost Saving
• Installation & Commissioning for different CNC machines and automatic production lines at customer facilities
• Implement OEM operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information to insure equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions
• Successes and processed Several alternatives, especially For Hollow Metal Door industries Starting from the actual status of production and achieved reasonable targets on improving the outputs, reducing manpower, increasing the level of quality
in a team conducting industrial projects (from first stages to operations),
feasibility studies and industrial consultancy
Key Responsibilities
* Technical support for CAD/CAM Systems for CNC machines
* Provide customers with servicing of machines & educate them in maintenance routines
* Solve technical problems and provide general technical support to others
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers
* Fixing and Technical Installation for new CNC Cutting m\c
* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
* Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
* Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and
demand.
Supervise and coordinate 20 Technician working in the Production line.
Writing production schedules, attending production strategy meetings, and calculating
production statistic
