•Ensure that the engineering tasks are strictly carried out in compliance with the contract requirements, and in particular with the Company’s safety philosophy, recognized engineering practices, project specifications and standards.
•Utilize project management tools to develop and update detailed Project activity schedules
•Participate in negotiations in contract settlements with third parties.
•Provide input and recommend continuous improvement of Project Management practices taking into account changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
•Manage the technical submittals, drawings, production and handing over of the subcontractors scopes of work

•Preparing preliminary bid documents, participating in bid evaluations and contract awards in coordination with procurement team.

•Execute the implementation of proposed plans and manage the budget for the Projects at hand in line with approved business plan.
•Monitor proper execution and implementation of work to ensure desired results.
•Develop cost estimates for future projects in coordination with procurement team.
•Research ideas and markets for development of project plans.
•Participate in negotiations in contract settlements with third parties.

•Providing inspection services for construction contracts and projects ensuring that all construction activities are
as per contract drawings and specifications and comply with the quality assurance and safety requirements.
•Carry out various duties throughout the construction phases of projects including inspection record documentation
Payment request review, contractor oversight, RFI review and coordination, testing and commissioning,
Coordination and safety monitoring
•Daily monitoring of contractors’ work progress, planning, safety and quality
•Supervision and guidance of contractors throughout the construction work.
•Preparing tender specifications and documents for project items.
•Review all construction contractors’ submittals and ensure timely response and process.
•Coordination with client, main contractor, subcontractors and suppliers.
•Liaison with local authorities (JAFZA CED, EHS, FIRE DEP, etc.).
•Attending weekly progress meetings.
•Preparing the weekly and monthly progress reports.
