Khalid is responsible for the product and category development, purchasing, maintenance and marketing support for all product categories, develop and implement strategic initiatives and marketing plans for existing as well as new products that are consistent with company sales/profit objectives.
Khalid is given full P&L responsibility for his product category and manages all aspects of product lifecycles from introduction to maturity and exit strategy
- Plan and implement company strategy
- Ensure achichevement of budgeted in market sales, shipments and distributor inventory levels by business unit
-Monitor in market sales performance by market and take corrective action
