- Executing Telephone network project (Fiber optics-Gely field).
- Preparing the project schedule, weekly and monthly schedule according to the available resources.
- Provide necessary reports to the management department.
- Follow up to bring the material on time.
- Provide technical training to project team.
- To ensure all project operation meets, as per the quality specifications, the schedule, the safety procedures and the client requirements.

- Design of telephone networks plan
- Contact with the consultant to approve the project plan.
- Convert the project Plan to monthly and weekly plan to avoid delays.
- Contact with the project manager to adapt the project plan with the real implementation.
