- Managing and enhancing the existing commercial asset portfolio for Real Estate & Secured Lending customers including High Net Worth Individuals
- Solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet pre-set financial/non-financial-objectives
- Marketing the services of the division and establish new business relationships.
- Maintaining customer relationships and liaise with Head of Head of Real Estate Division.
- Undertaking applications and reviews of facilities falling within the assigned customer portfolio for timely submission to the appropriate approving authorities.
- Monitoring the accounts in the assigned portfolio, by careful assessment of facility utilization to ensure the bank is fully aware of a borrower’s financial position thus enabling early identification of difficulties with a view to minimizing potential loss.
- Managing and enhancing the existing commercial asset portfolio for large corporate customers including government and semi government entities, UAE entities doing business in Qatar and very selective large corporate customers within the private sector.
- Solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet pre-set financial/non-financial-objectives
- Marketing the services of the division and establish new corporate business relationships.
- Maintaining corporate customer relationships and liaise with Head of Corporate Banking Qatar, Country Head, Trade Finance, as required, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Monitoring the accounts in the assigned portfolio, by careful assessment of facility utilization to ensure the bank is fully aware of a borrower’s financial position thus enabling early identification of difficulties with a view to minimizing potential loss.
- Undertaking applications and reviews of facilities falling within the assigned customer portfolio for timely submission to the appropriate approving authorities.
- Visiting clients, conducting credit reviews and creating clear and concise credit proposals, all this being in a time frame.
- Coordinating with other Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts in the Corporate Banking, Trade Finance Managers and Risk Officers.
- Daily following up all corporate clients backend transactions.
- Reporting directly to the Head Of Corporate Banking on all matters relating to Corporate Banking and any other issues in the department.
Achieving Corporate Banking target by leading a corporate banking team to achieve the financial target put by the management to enhance the existing corporate portfolio and to generate new business and corporate relationships from the market as the below details of the current position.
1-Markting for New corporate clients inside Alexandria Region.(call reports).
2- Collecting the required documents
3- preparing Credit Proposals.
3- Executing all the approved corporate Deals by Corporate Division
4- Collecting the required collaterals & securities as per the credit facilities approval.
5- Coordinating with all the related departments to affect the approved limits. (Risk Management- Legal- Trade Finance- Remittance).
6- Daily following up all corporate clients backend transactions.
7- Preparing weekly & monthly reports to the managements.
