• As CBE wants to move its analytic capabilities to another higher level, I joined to build the Enterprise Data Management Department.
• Work closely with the C-Level management to determine the objective and the strategy of the CBE data management department.
• Building the new department by gathering the requirements to achieve the management goals in the new data warehouse.
• Building the team and infrastructure of the new department to fulfill the business requirement and to be sure that the data analysis would be ready in the speed and quality required to help higher management to take a better decision which depends on accurate data.
• My duties to build the department are:
o Lead and responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of data acquisition and integration processes and data integrity initiatives in support of all business consumers.
o Work closely with the business departments to design the analytic reports
o Maintain constant operation and continues providing of the analytic reports
o Managing the implementation team /vendor and ensure the implementation on time and avoid troubles and problems
o Managing of the internal team
o Establish and manage priorities
o Help business users to create ideas for analysis according to available data
Design, implement and manage the team to implement Teradata data warehouse solution in different customers such as healthcare, banking, telco, and governmental.
Managing BI unit for setting goals, people management, project implementation.
Responsible for implementation for data warehouse project from technical point of view.
Responsible of leading a team to deal with data integration in data warehousing, by conducting analysis, design and implementation of Teradata data warehouse solution.
Data warehouse technical consultant with project management skills.
Data Modelling using Teradata iLDM and Erwin tool.
Data Warehouse Architecture and Solution Design.
Customer orientation and set expectation.
Customer road map analysis.
MBA is on progress, expected to finish by 2016.
Schoolarship for computer software for 9 months funded from the UN. It is approved for seleted people only after passing a set of exams.
