- Receiving Inbound Shipment
- Plan and execute inbound shipments
- Determine quality and quantity of merchandise received in Warehouse
- Implement cross docking and put away procedures
- Coordinate with shipping and inventory departments for collecting documents and inbound shipping information.
Stocking
- Plan and implement Bin and Rack allocation procedures as per Department, Gender, Season, Year, Description, style, color, and size wise with identification coding.
- Ensure the product / merchandise stocking are done with clear visibility and easy to pick.
- Re arrange the merchandise in order to ensure maximum utilization of space
- Keep records to maintain inventory control
- Conduct inventory and maintain the same at proper level
Distribution
- Generation of Transfer Orders (TO)
- Plan and monitor merchandise requisitions (TO and Manual) are picked, billed, packed and delivered to retail showrooms on time and with accuracy.
- Plan and prepare outbound shipments to our overseas showrooms
- Ensure timely delivery of all merchandise
•overseeing stock control and processing orders;
•ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met;
•fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters;
•coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems;
•responding to and dealing with customer communication
•keeping stock control systems up to date;
•planning future capacity requirements;
•producing regular reports and statistics
•visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;
•maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment;
•monitoring the performance and progress of staff;
•motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met; communicating with other departments.
- Store keeping, warehouse methods and procedures including physical Inventory record keeping and clerical procedures
- Coordinate entire fleet management and maintain equipment's
- Handle the Warehouse Management System
- Implement Safety and security procedures and maintain the entire warehouse area neat and tidiness.
- Estimate Department’s needs in terms of space and people.
- Maintain positive working relationships within colleagues, superiors and subordinates
- Organize and prioritize work
- Participate in hiring, training and motivating the entire Warehouse Team Members.
- Maintain highest disciplinary standards among the employees
- Plan and monitor day to day schedule of manpower
- Oversee and supervise daily warehouse operations including coordination of work between internal and external personnel.
- Monitor and execute cycle counting
- Plan and execute procedures for direct delivery of equipment's and also monitor the Repairs & maintenance team.
- Determine merchandise to be repaired and implement necessary corrective actions
- Control, maintain and reorder the merchandise and equipment's spare parts.
1-Receiving and handling of containers on regular basis
2-Verify shipments and prepare damage goods report.
3-Secure the proper inventory and stock report movement
4-Ensure the quality of home delivery
5-Ensure that home deliveries are carried out according to schedule.
6-Perform customer delivery checks
7-Provide warehouse needs and control petty cash
8-Conduct yearly physical count.
9- Responsible for the correct data entry of goods .
