Running day to day operations of a team of 13 customer care representatives & 2 Supervisors
Interviewing and hiring new staff, Training the new and current staff.
Daily Analysis and Reporting to Mall Management regarding all CC team daily activities.
Quarterly and Yearly Reporting to Management of operational plans for the CC Team.
Manage the teams operations, training and task distribution during campaigns, activities and
events that happen through the year.
Quarterly reporting to management of records and achievements obtained by the CC Team.
Manage the Sales of gift vouchers to walk-in customer and corporations
Manage and contain good relations with corporate accounts and obtain new relationships with
partners.
Daily, Quarterly and Yearly financial analysis of the team’s sales and consumption of gift
vouchers and the matching with the finance department.
Creating the yearly, quarterly and daily training plan for the team.
• The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
• Regular communication and liaison with clients
• The organization of client feedback
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
• Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
• Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
• Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity
• Data input in DB tool of detention and Tracing activities
• Support database admin in data check and related reporting needs
• Data collection on general tracing information and individual cases
• Facilitation of family links services (e.g. RCMs, phone calls) to beneficiaries
• Identification and referral of Protection (PCP) cases to Protection Delegates
• Identification and collection of allegations of arrest (AoA) and Tracing requests Guidance and referral of beneficiaries on humanitarian services provided by other entities (Jordanian authorities, other humanitarian organizations)
• Update records / excel sheet with names of beneficiaries to receive RFL services at Syria refugees' camp, Coordinate and monitor the work of JRCS volunteers at the camp/ field visit and report accordingly to the head of tracing
Monitor the situation in the AoR, collect data and other information relevant to UNHCR and report to
the supervisor accordingly.
* Monitor the implementation of UNHCR programme including the delivery of all assistance items and
monitoring of infrastructure.
* Undertake regular visits to various sites in order to assess needs of persons of concern, with particular
attention to vulnerable groups, Keep regular contacts with local authorities and implementing partners
as requested by supervisor.
* Assist in administrative tasks as required such as preparation of reports and meeting authorized
personnel and assisting them during field missions, Inform and act on the reports received on persons
of concern within the refugee community or from the local authorities
* In coordination with implementing partners, assist in the reception, registration and provision of
assistance to persons of concern to UNHCR, Undertake other relevant duties as required, Negotiate
with local authority counterparts, partners and populations of concern, Represent UNHCR in physical
monitoring of projects.
* Act as interpreter when required, Contribute to the preparation of status and progress reports by
providing info, preparing tables, etc.
