Alexandria General Authority (AWGA) by the contractor Morganti . the project is a grant from UASID by $ 60 million. The work includes replacement of 68 km distribution pipelines (100 ~300)mm, 36 km transmission pipelines (500~1000)mm .the work includes gate valves, air valves, chambers, service connection, road crossing, hydrostatic pressure tests, flushing , disinfection , and also commissioning .

- FOLLOW UP SCHEDULE TIME RESOURCES AND COST CONTROLLING QUALITY AT SITE ACCORDING ADWEA STAN DAR AND APPROVED SHOP DRAWING.

- REVISED INTERIM STATEMENT (EVALUATION).
- MONITORING SAFETY PLAN.
- REVIEWING DAILY REPORTS, METHODS OF STATEMENT AND AS BUILD DRAWING.
- COORDINATION BETWEEN STICK HOLDERS.

In managing operation and maintenance of Kafer El Sheik water supply project contract K18A, K18B. The owner is (NOPWASED) by the contractor (Egyptian Contracting company). The budget of project is DM 43 million, The funding of contract is shard between German government providing a grant from (KFW). The work includes Relay distribution pipelines and trunkmain pipelines (ductile iron &upvc &PE ) Diameter 100~600 mm . the work includes gate valves, air valves, chambers, service connection, road crossing, Railways crossing by drilling or Open cut method, Canal crossing , repair leaks in exiting pipelines and also hydrostatic pressure tests, flushing , disinfection , and also commissioning .
In supervising of sewerage networks, Manholes and pump station for 15 villages in Kafer El Sheik Governorate . The owner is (NOPWASED) . The budget of project is DM 150 million, The funding of contract is shard between German government providing a grant from (KFW).
The work includes executed civil works of sewerage net work, the monthly Statement, evaluate variation order requests submitted and update schedules of values by quantities approved by shop drawing and Asbuild drawing
Site engineer in supervising construction of Cairo university staff village at northen coast. The budget of project is EGP 80 million . by the contractor (Alexandria Construction Company _Talaat Mostafa).
The work includes supervising:
• Construction of 600 villa
• sewerage networks, Manholes and pump station
• water net work
• Storm net work
Executive manager in executing Construction of a model farm production of unpolluted eggs at El Fayoum Governorate (kom oshim) the project is EGP 42 million a grant from (IFAD) .The owner is Medical Vaccine Institute . The work was under the supervision of (Lohman Tierzucht ) GMPH
The work includes :
Executive Engineer in building of 1000 law costing unites at Noubaria City
The budget of project is EGP 15 million from Egyptian Government
The work includes :
• Construction of unites
• Infra structure (water net work, sewage net work, storm net work )
• Road Construction
Site engineer in supervising building of model villages, water net work, sewage net work, irrigation net work, excavation of canals and drains, Road Construction and Pavement .The contractor was EL Akrya company and Mosahmet El Behera Company
