1: Assists the General Manager in preparing the annual
business plan and budgets.
3. Set the targets and goals for Logistics and develop and roll-out plans for their achievement.
4. Manage the budget of Logistics very closely for cost efficient operation.
5. Develop the needed business requirements for Logistics.
6. Monitor the service levels and handle any deviation immediately to keep the Logistic team providing the desired service output
7. Audit the existing and new policies and procedures and manage any deviation by setting corrective actions through his team and make sure they deliver these actions in timely manner.
8. Develop and implement business plans for the next year for Logistics.
Manage and develop Logistics’ team in terms of knowledge transfer, development and maintenance of any needed policies and procedures
9. Develop capability enhancement business plan and incorporate those in the action plan for Logistics.
10.Monitor and benchmark the company Logistic services vs. last year result and customers “Sales and Manufacturing” requirements for continuous growth.
11. Develop skills and his team and upgrade those by developing and importing expertise whenever possible.
12. Target to always improve and extend the service scope of Logistics to cover new initiatives and continuously provide a superior service scope.
13. Develop and communicate an internal SLA “Service Level Agreement” for all Departments.
14. Personally manage and monitor the internal code of conduct and dress code policy at all times.
