• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Prepare Monthly Management report for each project
• Attend client visit to provide technical advice and assisting Commercial Department to secure new project.
• Assisting Estimators to ensure correct price and time before submit final quotations to client.
• Coordinate schedules with Project site team to ensure deliver on time.
• Prepare production schedules follow up daily, weekly monthly production schedule.
• Plan the production team, required equipment and materials to produce different products within the schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving the productivity with extensive quality
• Responsible for purchasing all materials, control inventory and raw material handling project, ensure stock level in place for day to day items.
• Review and approve the shop drawing before submittal to consultant and start production.
• Ensure that orders completed in the scheduled time and as per the Specification
• Attend ISO and fire rate door manufacture internal Audit.
• Supervise the team and ensure high level of quality for projects (Hotel, retail shops etc., )
• Manage the quality of production and site
• make sure the project handed over with the quality and in the project budget- cost reduction.
• Develop maintenance and preventive programs for the production.
• Maintain and ensure safety work environment.

• Coordinate between the project, main contractor, consultant and client
• Estimate material and support procurement to source the material for projects
-Monitor the production and ensure high level of quality for all related joinery work
-Prepare the factory stock report for the local market and showrooms
-Prepare and Check the packing list for the export furniture.
-Prepare cutting list and shop drawing
-Coordinate between the factory departments (machinery, carpentry, paint, upholstery,
Gold leaf. packing …….. etc.
-Supervise production for wall cladding, Counters and office furniture including outdoor cladding using Wilson Art solid surface and H.P.L.
- Train the team to use Wilson Art materials and technique (thermoforming, jointing…etc.)
- Supervise and manufacture template for solid surface thermo forming.
- Planning for projects and estimate material, Tools and equipment to be used on site
-Prepare cutting list and material sheet.
-Follow up with metal subcontractor and coordinate between all activities to complete the projects including high quantity of retail shops and restaurant
-Study projects from BOQ and prepare shop fit out drawing according to the consultant drawing.
-Oversee Autocad operator drawings and provide them with all manufacturing details.
-Estimate the cost and price for the projects
-Prepare cutting list and routesheet.
- Coordinate between the consultant and the client and production team
-prepare material submittal and get approval from the consultant.
