1. Maintain the rig store of spare parts and other consumable items.
2. Prepare requisition of materials based on the minimum stock of spare parts.
3. Prepare requisition of materials as order from the section leaders.
4. Receive and deliver materials including the client's equipment if required.
5. Mark all received materials and keep the stock part system updated during receiving and delivery and inspect same to report any irregularities.
6. Ensure the proper preparation of shipping documents for materials enroute to other Company locations.
7. Ensure that all materials are stored properly.
8. Consult section leaders to ensure correct information on the requisitions.
9. Report to respective company base weekly regarding receipt of goods.
10. Report all irregularities to respective company base.
11. Prepare annual inventory reports.
12. Supervise all material transfers and arrange necessary transfer documents.
13. Make routine inspection of rig equipment and materials in storage.
14. Complete as required the following reports forms (Material orders, Material issues, Material transfers, Manifests, Cargo lists, Monthly reports and Packing lists).
15. Fully understand and comply with the work permit system on the rig.
16. Assist in the maintenance of the cost control program.
17. Update and correct the main equipment list as required.
18. Update and correct the movable items list.
19. Assist in any other duties as directed by the rig manger.
