Providing CADD services for the preparation of Architectural Drawings & builders work drawings as per project standards. Details Involve in the preparation of sections, details and schedules using AutoCAD, incorporate review comments on design drawings, adjusting or changing details, dimension and others modification according to the client specification.
Responsibilities :
•Reporting to Architect or Technical manger or any senior manager who assigned the work.
•Of Architectural Plans, Sections Elevation, setting out Plan, Staircase, Doors, and Windows Details & Compound Wall Details Toilets Details Etc.
•Preparing the all block wall details.
•Preparation of kitchen and toilet details
•Involved in preparing brick cladding work
•All structural & architectural as built drawing
• Preparation of All Drawings as Per Municipality Rules & Regulation
•Preparation of Schedules of Door Windows and Finishes
•Manage and participate in the creation of Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical Building Information Models with multiple teams in multiple offices.
•Coordinate technical discipline BIM development, standards, data requirements, etc. as required with the Design Team BIM Manager
•Assist with BIM project setup including template formation, library creation and workflow analysis through various technologies.
•Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) at the corporate and the project levels.
•Coordinate with M.E.P & Structural for making coordination drawings & other details with the site engineers & foreman and expose the problems & conflictions.
•Preparation of Staircase Calculation to Find No. Of Steps in Each Floor as Per the Height of the Building.
•Worked under senior & experienced Architectural engineers.
•Capable to work as a team member & work under pressure.
