Assisting in system and network designs based on contract requirements and specifications for communications infrastructure and electronic security and surveillance applications at terminal 3 and 4.
Performs on-site implementations of Riyadh Airport IT systems. This involves hardware (computers, monitors, and peripherals), server, operating system, database, network and security access application requirements gathering, design, consulting, installation, integration and configuration.
Participate in the design development process and execute the work as per approved specification with maintained QOS.
Successfully communicate project scope/requirements to client, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
Help develop cost estimates including; design costs, material costs, and installation costs.
Build project plans and manage projects from purchase order to completion.
Develop tools to understand and manage resource loading across the organization.
Configuring and designing the WDN architecture from existing AAN (Airport Area Network).
Managing the servers, AD, DNS and DHCP till the hand over.
Handling various Airport Systems such as TETRA, DAS, CCTV, Special Systems.
Resolving various IT / Network issues both active and passive at the site and office.
Maintain and update documentation as required, including, but not limited to Network Diagrams, Design & As-Built, and Technical Self-Help documentation for Tier 2 Support Teams.
Providing technical input regarding the company network design, proposing ideas and solutions for network service improvement.
Responds to GACA and internal system support inquiries/issue concerning systems operation. Diagnoses and resolves software issues and communicates problem issue and resolution with customer.
Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.
Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
Developing the infrastructure and systems to meet the company’s needs. Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.

Supervising and troubleshoot IT related equipment of The client, which includes network switches, active directory, Servers and IT based software Support.

Responsible for Maintenance of the CCTV in Client Remote Sites.
Checking Issues related with hardware of CCTV equipment.

Monitor software licenses for expirations and terms of use.
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Assist in sizing effort for the network part of projects also, assist in pricing for the network part of projects.
