Program lead for the complete digital transformation of SESP across all three branches — planning,
executing, and delivering a portfolio of concurrent enterprise technology projects:
• Enterprise systems — SIS: Planned and implemented the Student Information System (SIS) across
all three branches, and currently manage its operation — the institutions core enterprise records
platform.
• Enterprise systems — HR/Finance: Delivered the JISAR platform for employee attendance,
expenses, HR, and finance — an integrated system linked to daily institutional management and
decision-making.
• Cloud & collaboration: Completed the institution-wide Google Workspace project, including
integration of the data backup server with Google Workspace, migrating staff and operations to
cloud-based digital workflows.
• Network modernisation: Upgraded the campus network to 10G across three branches; deployed
latest-generation Wi-Fi controllers and access points at all sites.
• Security infrastructure: Delivered multi-site firewall integration across the three branches, and
completed a campus-wide CCTV project for live monitoring.
• Telephony migration: Replaced the legacy PBX system with a modern IP telephony solution (IP
phones) across the institution.
• Licensing & digital services: Procured and deployed 250 AutoCAD licences for students; led the
complete redesign and upgrade of the official website and manage it ongoing.
• AI & academic programs: Designed AI & Data Science, Mobile App Development, and 3D Game
Development programs — all approved by the Saudi College of Excellence (CoE); established the
Netgen AI & IT Launchpad department; deployed an institution-wide LLM and AI Teacher
classroom assistants.
• Delivery management: Coordinated engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders across all
workstreams; reported to and advised executive leadership; maintained project documentation,
schedules, and risk tracking throughout.

• Strategic planning: Set company strategy and direction; created strategic, annual, and quarterly
work plans; allocated capital to priorities and coordinated key stakeholders.
• Organisation building: Built the senior executive team from startup stage — offices establishment,
recruitment, training programs, and company culture.

• Taught Database Management Systems, Data Structures, Software Engineering, and Graphics &
Visualization.

• Governance & stakeholders: Chaired the Accreditation, Public Outreach, and Google/EC-Council
Collaboration committees; senior member of the University Senate — extensive multi-stakeholder
and institutional governance experience.
• Project firsts: Delivered Afghanistans first-ever exams,
three languages) —
• IT advisory: Co-designed the university IT Policy manual and proposed server virtualisation
architecture for the IT department; taught networking, cybersecurity, and web systems courses.

• Delivered training in computer networks, network security, Cisco routing (CCNA/CCNP), Linux and
Windows administration, and web systems & e-commerce.

• Managed company-wide IT operations and infrastructure.
