Highlights:
• Provided a full portfolio of competent and proactive services including the implementation of Zero Accident Culture, injury-free work environment and environmental protection, covering safety, firefighting, hazard identification and loss prevention.
• Supported many projects including chairing reviews, technical input into safety deliverables and audits, as well as evaluate new project work proposed to ensure that safety and emergency facilities and equipment are included at design stage.
• Provided advanced Health, Security & Safety Training to all staff and contractor employees. Monitored maintained and implemented Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) management programs, site safety inductions and safe working practices to ensure compliance with International, local, and company HSE standards and policies and to assure health and safety are in place within the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Defining HSE Competence and training objectives, developing and coordinating Health and Safety training course content, format, and presentation methods as well as managing special training courses for all staff and contractor employees.
• Providing operational and staff support for HSE, and emergency /disaster preparedness requirements by researching and identifying advanced technologies that deliver simplicity of operation, enhanced effectiveness and cost-effective protection.
• Effecting measures to drastically reduce onsite accidents/ incidents. Implementing a near miss reporting and successfully implementing a root cause analysis program to investigate accidents and prevent recurrence.
• Demonstrating strategic focus and maintaining deep industry and functional expertise to solve most challenging issues covering Health, safety and firefighting hazard identification and loss prevention as well as develop safety specification.
• Creating detailed reports and roll-out plans, charting road maps for seamless integration of HSE program and ensuring that all documentation related to safety and firefighting is reviewed and updated periodically in conformance with the established safety guidelines.
• Conducting detailed studies encompassing work accident statistical (Severity, Frequency, Incident Rates) and analyzing the trends to identify Vulnerabilities.
• Administering the entire gamut of safety operations, evaluating companywide emergency response exercises and drill programs as well as planning for Emergency drill.
• Providing coaching and training for company personnel, contractors and visitors and ensuring that all project participants are provided with the HSE tools and knowledge.
• Offering safety advice and guidance, conducting Safety induction training for new employee’s as well as coordinated education program for senior staff covering theoretical and practical aspect of safety and firefighting program.
• Constantly updating the current training materials in line with both corporate and international developments in process, products, technology and workforce diversity changes and conducting ongoing Training Needs Analysis to promote the best work practices related to health, safety and environmental protection, HSEQ Management systems.
• Reviewing, innovating processes, procedures, execution methodologies for loss prevention practices, and about the local fire safety Codes and regulation, standards and specification, such as those under OSHA, NFBA and BS.
• Liaising with other institute and solving matters internal security and crimes that occur in addition leading team to achieve company goals and targets.
