Manage Logistics & Supply Chain Management operations of the business in Jordan and globally
•Head operations of Central procurement, National logistics and Distribution Centre including branches, warehouses and SKUs
•Prepare the annual operating & procurement budgets, review and approve tenders and bids
•Establish & implement policies and control to achieve division and corporate goals

•Manage the freight forwarding and transportation activates with different service provider to meet customer expectation
•Develop the metrics, reporting tools to capture and communicate progress to senior management
•Work with different functions to resolve all regulatory, customs issues and orders delivery to deliver on customer commitments
•Develop and lead execution of the projects of the new warehousing & distribution arena
•Administer staffs appraisals, promotion, increment, training & development
•Evaluate business proposals, negotiations and make recommendations and presentations to the Board of Directors on the selection of suppliers and all service contract awards such as procurement of products, assets, transport & fleet, development projects
•Review & evaluate suppliers’ performance against agreed SLAs agreed service levels
•Prepare & analyze the weekly & monthly general reports of the Group Logistics & Supply Chain
