Project: TBC Tatweer Schools - Makkah - 660 M SR Achievements: We accomplished the following duties as the projects mechanical engineers leader:
• Avoiding any material-related delays by promptly submitting material requests for all mech system components.
• Produce top-notch work by continuously and effectively supervising all mechanical systems.
• Improvement for design drawings by rearranging and reexamining.
• Insure scheduled workflow by submitting the following in a timely manner: material submittal, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Project: Royal projects - Riyadh - 2.3 B SR Achievements:
• Ensure prompt delivery of scheduled workin a short time -due to nature of the project by completing design then supervision of mechanical system: Underground utility network, Plumbing, Fire fighting and HVAC
• Ensure scheduled workflow in case of modifications by prepare hydraulic calculation, heat load calculation and shop drawings in a timely manner, then implement it after approval
• Ensure that all document work, including MTS, Schematic drawings, Design drawings, Shop drawings, and As-built drawings for all mechanical systems, are delivered appropriately in the case of a rush projects.
Achievements:
• Completing an extraordinary and challenging project while transforming a team that was previously unskilled into specialized one, and making substantial contribution to the company growth and expansion, the project was: Water treatment plant in Alkhumra - Jeddah, including:
• Installation of GRP pipes vertically and horizontally, ( range of pipes diameter from 3.8 m to 1.2 m )
• Installation of nine pumps, each rated at 10, 000 horsepower and 10.5 tons
• Installation of check valves, reducers, dismantling joints and duck foots for above mentioned pumps
• Organize work group ( 40 workers, cranes, shovel, bobcat and TCR )
• Deliver for the following project as Project manager:
• Zahid Facility - Caterpillar - ( workshop, warehouse and office building) - Tabuk
• Deliver for the following projects as Project Engineer:
• King Salman International Conventional Center - Al Madinah Al Munawara
• Other various project (Residential, Services, Power plant and Warehouse) - Jeddah
Achievements:
• Study, design, bidding and supervision of several projects: Swimming pool, fountain and waterfall
• Study, design, bidding and supervision of firefighting networks and Pump sets assembly
