Recording, Filing and mange vendor warranty.
• Manage all part warranty submittals and resubmit rejected as needed.
• Develop and report on warranty submittals with filing amounts.
• Track all open warranty work orders to ensure timely claim submission.
• Understand all vendors' parts return policies, ensure all parts are tagged, retained, and returned as
required.
• Full procurement activity from (RFQ to GR).
• Warehouse inventory
• Tool store inventory
• Disposal material monitoring.
• Develop and manage the calibration tools and tools lists.
• Acting Warehouse supervisor during vacation and holidays.
• Manage calibration.
• Perform all inspection type on tool store
• Coordinate with companies for calibration, test and disposal.
• Transfer and reorganize tool store to new location.
• Acting manager during vacations holidays & the beginning of the spread of the Corona virus.
Interested in raw materials and imported from outside the Kingdom and coordination with transport companies to transport raw materials from the port to the company's warehouses.
And coordination with the sections of the company in their support for the intervention of raw materials in the manufacturing process of the final product

Tasks addressed to the Director-General
Is to gather the information necessary to develop a line of ships belonging to the major shipping lines such as Maersk and others.
In addition, I prepared daily and monthly reports about the number of containers going in and out of the station and I predicted the number of the containers based on studying the figures from the previous years.
finally, during my work in the trade division, I was assigned to prepare several powerpoint slides to present then to large containers import and export companies in the region such as Saudi Aramco .
