My work as general management :
adminstration, Customer care, planning, payroll, annual leaving. The custom clearance work is the best services giving to the customers starting from receiving the decoments and get the delivery orders and check the goods either in containers or LCL goods, following up the custom inspection and reviewing the other rquirments and pay it out then delivered to customer store, all that must be done as o'clock.
My work nature as Credit authoriser :
- analysis of credit request from establishment referred by CAS, system on CRT screen by checking the coputer files and relaying decision to originatur.
- Checking the credit worthness of customer by any means available, contact his bankanalysis of the application form, previous history, business directories.
- Establish good contact with bank VIP's to enable us to Obtain complete accurate and speedy credit information.
- Help and assist any raveling Crad member or try to resolve thier queries and problems even if not directly.
- Implement CRMS/URM/AA system recommendations.
I was woring as role of Assistant Accountant :
- paying out charges of internal expenses requirement.
- Arranging the payroll statment and auditing.
- Compensations payment requests.
- Reviewing the company bank account.
- Credit controller
I was began account assist for a one year approx, then been promoted to a cashier for about two years moving from department of travel cashier to shipping department cashier and commercial department. After that, i been promoted to be credit controller, ( following up all credit cases with customers or in a court ).
