- Approving the loaded/reduced limits for the customers on a daily basis in the HUB & TREATS system.
* By studying the case history and the documentation of the individual customers
* By checking the source of approval/authority for the customers
* By ensuring that the team members enter the limits in the system correctly and on time
* By ensuring that the write off related issues are addressed correctly.
* By clarifying any doubts related to the customers limits with the RM's
* By coordinating with the security section to speed up the loading of limits.
- Checking the various online and offline reports (e.g. Daily Exception, GHO, TREATS Reports etc.) and taking appropriate action on them.
* By receiving the reports from STS department
* By checking the reports manually for non exception cases
* By ensuring complete accuracy of the loaded limit of the customers.
- Ensuring all the reports are correctly filed and archived.
* By daily checking of the filed reports and archives.
- Ensuring that the team members have the necessary skills to carry out their tasks.
* By providing them with adequate coaching, guidance and mentoring on the tasks to be carried out.
* By recommending the team members for any internal/external training to build up their skills.
- Ensuring the suspense account reconciliation takes place on time and correctly.
* By weekly and monthly checking of the suspense accounts related to limits.
- Handling all queries and issues of the Relationship Managers of the various segments.
* By answering to all queries and issues of the RM's related to the limits handed out to their customers on a daily basis.
1.Champion security documentation issues within the area.
2.Checking the legal documentation prior to submitting the proposal for approval for new customers.
3.Obtain LGA opinion if necessary prior to submitting the proposal for approval
4.Coordinate with Credit and risk operation department to finalize the Legal Documentation requirements prior to submitting the proposal for approval
5.Assist RM on the dispensation requirements prior to submitting the proposal for approval.
6.Provide operational guidance and direction to junior RM's/ARM/Support staff and organize training and development tailored to the requirements of the individuals as appropriate.
7.Provide guidance to RM's on documentation required in the annual review, by checking CARM proposals prior to RM's seeking final credit approval.
8.Pre-checking of original security documentation prior to scanning and lodgment with Credit and risk operation department.
9.Assist RM in obtaining missing legal documentation, whenever necessary.
10.For long standing pending documents, support TL/DHD to ensure a review is completed by and recommend appropriate action (Cancellation Carm, referral marker, drop limits, seek deferral from CDT).
11.Support RMs to manage the ISD report through regular follow up on monthly basis or periodically as required. Assist RM's to resolve complicated issues, raise CM/s and refer to LGA if needed. Action plan proposed on ISD/DSD to be closely monitored and update DHD on the progress.
12.Assist the RM in clarifying/drafting PR's/BR's and borrowing power documentation to the clients, according to CRO/LGA requirements.
13.Monitor pending draft FLAs with RMs, via FLA workflow to ensure timely turnaround back to EPM-CRO.
14.Follow up all pending Legal referrals with Credit and risk operation department. /LGA as necessary.
15.Follow up temporary released security documents and ensure that it's returned Prior to release expiry date
1.Checking of all incoming security documents received in original, G-WIS, OR by fax in line with the proposals/approvals and to accurately input security data in HUB and other related systems.
2.Ensure that scanned images via G-WIS are clear and correct.
3.Compare original security documents received are matching with the scanned images.
4.in case of discrepancies, prepare a list of all discrepancies noted and obtain line manager approval before releasing the LN to the concern RM.
5.Ensure that SLA, HUB and DMS are updated at all times.
6.Ensure security documents are not released without obtaining the appropriate approval.
7.Preparation / input of relative maintenance in HUB.
