- Install, configure, repair, replace and remove all end-user IT tools (printer, email, MS Office .. etc.)
- Install, configure and support LANs, WANs and Internet systems.
- Maintain network and workstation hardware and software.
- Ensure maximum network availability to all computer users.
- Coordinate and implement standard network security.
- Manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of network resources.
- Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users.
- Analyze user support statistics and recommend appropriate measures.
- Ensure Site connectivity to VPN of the organization and communicate with External /service provider when required.
- Perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network to asses with disaster recovery.
- Verify and report PC, Server and Printer inventory on a monthly basis.
-Evaluate and recommend to management the required hardware / software for new locations and for any tasks related to day-to-day activities.
