Throughout the years in the Royal Commission I have contributed heavily to achievements that lead to claiming many national / international prizes and awards, and include the following :
- 1997 Environmental Awareness Award from the Arab League
- 1998 Sustainable Coast line Award from the Arab League
- In the year 2006/2007 The Royal Commission won 2 prestigious Prizes :Best Government Agency Arab League award for "Environmental Management Practices", after submitting a special report titled "Environmental Management in Royal Commission" that I had written & prepared for the nomination committee .
- Environmental Awareness Award from the Council of Arab Cities based in Qatar.
- I was personally awarded on Nov. 2006 with a special achievement award from the Arab League presented to me by President of the Saudi Environmental Agency
- 2007 - Special Award from Royal Commission Chairman for my work in waste management
- I made major improvements in Environmental Monitoring Contracts
- Improving new hazardous material / waste procedures and legislation
- Developing Emergency Planning Procedures for industries
- Managing local coastal conservation areas that consist of mangrove trees (avecinia marina, rizophora mucronata)
- Training and mentoring environmental professionals and engineers
- Gained the prestigious UN LivCom Award for 2013 Liveable Communities
- Gained the Best Government Agency Arab League award for "Environmental Management Practices" 2014
- Gained the 2014 Environmental Social Responsibility Award from the Arab Social Responsibility Organization
- Worked with UNDP on establishing first project initiation document for a long term sustainability agreement between Royal Commission and UNDP
- Preparing 1st Energy Efficiency Policy for the Royal Commission
- Preparing 1st Environmental Policy for the Royal Commission
- Preparing 1st Sustainability Report for the Royal Commission which is the first government agency to do so.
- Promoted to senior level by the Royal Commission Chairman for my latest achievements work in sustainability
