• Lead the Credit Team in order to meet credit control objectives in line with group targets.
Responsible for reviewing funding requests and ensuring compliance with its approved funding policy.
• Review and approval of In-House Financed Deals.
• Lead, train, and manage the credit and accounts receivable teams.and •Assist in the setting up of the credit control & Collection system in the region.
• Make analysis of client documents (Financial statement, bank statement, projects. SIMAH .etc).
• Forecasting of monthly cash collection and report analysis on deviations versus actual cash collection/ cash collection targets end of month.
• Preparation of monthly Accounts Receivable Status aging reports for management in KSA and UAE.
Supervises and participates in collecting team.
•Organize, support and develop cash & collection process.
• Appraising new customers to assess their credit worthiness.
•Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner.
• Keeps staff up-to-date on new requirements, processes and procedures.
• Provides training for staff on new systems, regulations and requirements.
• Make sure that branches accountant documentation and safeguarding of all original documents of the IHF process.
• Follow up and ensuring that the payments are done on time within the approved limits.
• Build a database of all customers’ applications and collection history.
• Supervise reconciliations of customers’ accounts an take all necessary measures to keep them up to date.
• Coordination and follow up with company’s legal representatives.
• Manage risk and minimize overdue exposure through maximizing payment security and report any risk foreseen.
• Owner of Credit applications.
• Verify new customer request and validate the credit worthiness of the applicant.
• Reviewing Credit limits and blocking customer accounts.
• Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.
• Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
• Assure that the company’s standard template regarding invoice and other legal documents is in place for every customer.
• Monitor processing of invoices.
• Customer Query Solution and solving the problems of branch accountants in relation to customer accounts and train new team members.
• Liaise with internal departments on credit limits, applications for approval, and discrepancies.
• Preparing Overdue Receivable reports and circulating with the sales man.
Make monthly closing and issue all Financial statement ( BS, PL& TB ).
Prepare monthly reports to management.
Work with budgeting team.
Make yearly and quarterly forecasts.
Review and follow-up all daily entry.
Responsible of AR account.
Supervision of client approvals and reconciliation periodically.
Follow-up of bank accounts and make adjustments periodically.
Follow-up of the daily work of accounting sections.
Overseeing the balance sheet and income statement of the period.
Follow-up to solve all the problems of the Finance Section.
Work on the development and training of members of the Section.
Prepare other monthly & quarterly financial reports.
Analysis of all expenses and compare with the budgeting and make mid-month
Forecast.
Control and supervision of all documents issued and received by the Accounting and
Verified.
