• Performing routine and non-routine audits of various departments according to the audit plan to ensure that documented policies and procedures are implemented.
• Develop and revise QA Audit SOPs, Manuals compliance tracking tools and audit worksheets to improve processes and procedures.
• Conduct internal systems and process audits.
• Supervising Closure of non-conformities by fulfilling the closure requirements and updating the record of nonconformities.
• Reviewing, auditing and updating accordingly the various directorate’s KPI (Key Performance Indicator) SLA (Service level of Agreement) as per client output requirement.
• Identify any discrepancies/deficiencies between the policies and procedures documented and the local laws that should be applied.
• Work to achieve Quality, Health and Safety and Environment (QHSE) operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing changes required accordingly.
• Participate in the preparation of awareness programs on quality, health, safety, environment and other systems for all employees.

• Able to execute the preparation, distribution, tracking and filing of questionnaires to evaluate supplier quality systems for compliance.
• Acquire and share updated knowledge of current best practices.
