Overviewing all the request thru SAP to the HR Dept. (Admin-Personnel-Payroll -OD-Recruitment-Training) making sure that meeting our KPI. Analysing the request workflow reporting on the breaches of the KPI on each request.
Guiding the employees on the company's policies and benefits.
As recruiter we ensure selecting the right talent to fill an position in the Corporate. Sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting for finalizing the candidates to give them the Offers and Contract. We meet the projected manpower requirements for the Dept. Unit as per the period indicated by the raised PR’s. Update the database timely. Drawing out the pre and post recruitment schedules on time and ensuring it is updated on a regular basis to track the candidate status.
My tasks:
1- Sourcing for new candidates for the opening positions.
2- Interviewing via phone or face to face .
3- Schedule Interview with the main Dept.
4- Preparing the Job Offers and the Contracts for selected candidates.
5- Following up with Medical Center for the Medical check up.
6- Preparing and following up with the selected candidates for the Joining Date.
7- Completing the new employees file from A to Z.
8- Submitting the completed files to the HR Admin.
9- Following up with with the main Dept. on the new Candidates, on the period notes.
Working as secretarial assistance to VP by coordinating with relevant parties, preparing reports and maintaining. Plan and manage the official schedule for Department Head. Scheduling appointments for VP- Livestock meetings, training sessions, customer interactions (internal & external), etc. Provide documentation, data entry and reporting.
Provide documentation, data entry and reporting support as and when necessary. Coordinate work to ensure work flow between departments and sections. Maintain all the relevant records of related activities of VP office like meetings, appointments etc. Execute other tasks as may be required by the Department Head from time to time.
